About this research software#
LunarTrace is a research-software project for reproducible, event-conditioned lunar observation studies. The web Lab, Python library, and scientific manual are complementary surfaces of the same system.
The project is not an official NASA product. NASA/PDS/LROC and other source organizations retain their own data, documentation, and attribution requirements. Source citations identify evidence and technical dependencies; they do not imply endorsement.
Availability and status#
Read Software, data, and publication status before relying on installation, release, or publication claims. The Python package is available from PyPI, but a public web preview does not make a private source repository public or establish a peer-reviewed result.
