Advanced geometry & reference-time uncertainty

Acquisitions touching the uncertainty interval remain OVERLAP, not PRE or POST. Point queries use the existing 10⁻⁶-degree intersection box; surrounding boxes are exploratory and are not the Python point-compiler scope.

A completed query creates an exploratory capture with explicit closure and source receipts. It does not admit a Study.
